Return Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following options:
Replacement
We will send you a new, corrected item at no additional cost.
Refund
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the defective or damaged item, including any shipping charges paid.
Standard Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time for printing orders is 3–7 business days. Please keep this in mind when requesting a return, as we will need time to process and resolve the issue promptly.
Expedited Orders
If you have placed an expedited order with us, please note that additional fees may apply. These fees cover the costs associated with prioritizing your order to meet your requested deadline. However, if there are any issues with the expedited order, we will still address them promptly and provide a resolution.
Packaging and Shipping
When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.
We recommend using a reliable shipping method that provides tracking information to ensure the safe return of the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
